POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an PPC & SEO (Google, Microsoft, Social) Specialist to join our team with a strong technical and strategic approach to Search Engine Optimisation.

YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for the technical and strategic implementation of PPC & SEO (Google, Microsoft, Social), delivering exceptional performance and results. This role requires a strong analytical and data-focused mindset that thinks outside the box and has the drive to challenge the conventional & status quo.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement a robust PPC strategy.
Recommend strategies and ongoing optimisations to campaign structure, keyword opportunities, audience targeting and other SEM related activities aligned with marketing objectives.
Maximise ROI in paid search campaigns by collecting and analysing data and identifying trends and insights.
Track, report and analyse website analytics and PPC campaigns.
Plan, execute and report on A/B testing activities.
Have detailed knowledge of PPC channels, publishers and platforms.
Utilise industry standard analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMRush to name a few
Have a fundamental knowledge of CRO tools and practises
Optimise landing pages of paid search marketing campaigns.
Research and analyse competitor advertising links.
Manage campaign efforts and budgets and estimate monthly costs.
In-depth website analysis.
Collaborate with marketing and design team to create compelling on-brand creative and copy that converts.
Develop ongoing SEO strategies (on page, off page and technical).
Recommend strategic changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO rankings for target keywords/search terms
Perform, analyse and review IITR's competitiveness, performance and positioning.
Prepare the performance report using the programme Google Analytics program.
Keep abreast of Google's algorithm updates.
Contribute to the company's blog for on-page and off-page optimisation.
Conduct ongoing keyword research, track keyword trends and contribute to content planning accordingly.
Achieving incremental growth via organic search.
Confidence in link-building outreach and campaigns.
THE IDEAL CONDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in a related field: communications, marketing, advertising, PR. AdWords certification is a plus.
5+ years of roven pexperience as a PPC manager or Digital Marketing specialist (preferably in a digital agency).
Solid experience with Google Ads Search.
Strong command of written English and the ability to write, edit and proofread high quality written content. Excellent verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with multiple advertising platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn) is preferred.
Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Search Console WebTrends etc).
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
Understanding and interest in keeping up to date on best practises in SEO, SEM, social media.
A can-do attitude, able to self-manage and seek new ways to provide support.
An analytical mind able to review, evaluate, optimise and report on campaign performance.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
Ability to use initiative to make strategic and analytical decisions
Ability to work under pressure, change direction as needed, and work on a variety of projects simultaneously.
Be proactive in providing management with unsolicited ideas and solutions.
