Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng kế hoạch ngân sách tài chính, quản trị, tối ưu tổng ngân sách, nguồn vốn trong Tập đoàn;
Lập kế hoạch tài chính, triển khai và theo dõi các hoạt động tài chính, kiểm soát ngân quỹ;
Tiến hành phân tích tình hình tài chính của Tập đoàn nhằm nhận diện những điểm mạnh và điểm yếu của doanh nghiệp;
Hoạch định chiến lược tài chính của Tập đoàn;
Xây dựng một chính sách phân chia lợi nhuận hợp lý;
Kiểm soát hoạt động tài chính của công ty và đơn vị trực thuộc;
Đảm bảo rằng các loại tài sản của Tập đoàn được kiểm soát và sử dụng một cách hợp lý và sinh lợi;
Xem xét, đánh giá, kiểm tra và phân tích dự báo hoạt động tài chính kế toán của các Phòng/Ban, các hợp đồng, dự án;
Phân tích tình hình tài chính của Tập đoàn nhằm nhận diện những điểm mạnh và điểm yếu của doanh nghiệp, đánh giá báo cáo tài chính; đánh giá, kiểm tra và phân tích tài chính dự án đầu tư. Thiết lập chính sách quản trị tiền mặt;
Lập kế hoạch dự phòng ngân quỹ; Duy trì khả năng thanh khoản của Doanh nghiệp và đảm bảo có đủ nguồn tài chính cho Doanh nghiệp;
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
