Xây dựng chiến lược tổng thể về công nghệ giáo dục theo định hướng & chiến lược của Tập đoàn, phù hợp với xu hướng phát triển công nghệ giáo dục của khu vực và thế giới;
Nghiên cứu, đề xuất và xây dựng các giải pháp công nghệ tiên tiến trong lĩnh vực giáo dục, đưa vào ứng dụng thực tế tại các đơn vị, nhằm tối ưu hiệu quả hoạt động của Tập đoàn và của các đơn vị thành viên;
Chịu trách nhiệm trước Chủ tịch về hiệu quả của việc ứng dụng công nghệ giáo dục trong hoạt động thực tế của Tập đoàn và của các đơn vị;
Kết hợp chặt chẽ với các Phòng ban / đơn vị xây dựng, triển khai, đánh giá và hoàn thiện các công nghệ liên quan;
Thực hiện các công viêc theo yêu cầu của cấp trên trực tiếp.
