1/ 目的:
製品およびサービス関連の質問への回答、他の製品に関する示唆的な情報、顧客の支援、積極的な問題の管理、通信の準備、および顧客満足を達成するための顧客からの問い合わせへの対応。

2/ 要件:
・高校卒業または同等の専攻をお持ちの方は優遇いたします。
- カスタマーサービスの役割または関連する役割での 6 か月以上の経験
- 英語の流暢さと優れたスキル (スピーキング、リスニング、ライティング、リーディング) - 100% 英語での作業。

3/ 勤務時間:午前 7 時から午後 4 時 (月曜日から金曜日)。

4/ 給与:基本給 + 食事手当: 50000VND + 毎月の KPI インセンティブ

5/ オフィス: Concentrix Vietnam: 4 階 – QTSC1 Building – QTSC – District 12 – HCMC
