仕事内容

- バイヤーが工場を訪問した際に、Lean/CRをサポートし、5S、WIPを管理します。
- 工場で実施される改善プロジェクトに参加/フォローアップします。計画を達成するために改善チームのメンバーをサポートします。
- 工場のフォローアップを行い、改善ログブック、KPI レポート、SQDC を更新します。データを収集・分析し、データ分析に基づいた改善を提案します。
- リンクされた操作の内訳、レイアウト、山積シート、すべての記録と分析フォームを Lean で改善するための調査。これらのシート/フォームを管理できるようにユーザーをトレーニングします。
- 他の工場と共有するトレーニング資料やベストプラクティス資料を準備/翻訳するリーダーをサポートします。
- 工場向けリーンツールのトレーニングにおいてリーダーをサポートします。
- すべての工場にリーンマインドセットトレーニングを提供する
- 工場にフォローアップして、リーン成熟度評価ツールを導入する
- 会議/トレーニング活動の要約
