仕事内容

業務内容:

ソーシャルメディア管理:

ソーシャルメディアアカウント (Facebook、Twitter、LinkedIn、Pinterest、YouTube など) を設定および管理します。
ソーシャルメディアコンテンツプランと投稿スケジュールを開発し、維持します。
ステータス更新、ビデオ、写真、ツイートなどの投稿を作成、スケジュール設定、公開します。
戦略的なエンゲージメントを通じてページを宣伝し、アカウントのフォロワーを増やします。
パフォーマンスメトリックを追跡し、ソーシャルメディア分析レポートを生成します。
やり取りを管理しながら、コメント、メッセージ、リクエスト、メンションに応答します。
関連するタグを使用して YouTube 動画をアップロードし、最適化します。
コンテンツの可視性を高めるために、YouTube プレイリストを整理して管理します。
ソーシャルメディアのプロモーション戦略を開発し、実行します。
グループに参加し、グループを作成し、ディスカッションに参加します。
ソーシャルメディアツール (Hootsuite、Tweet Deck など) を管理します。
追跡ツール (Bit.ly など) を使用してリンクのパフォーマンスを監視します。
ソーシャルメディアアカウントがマーケティング資料、Web サイト、ブログ、電子メール署名全体で宣伝されるようにします。

メールマーケティング:

電子メールマーケティングプラットフォーム (HubSpot、Zoho など) を管理します。
購読者リストとリードリストを維持および更新します。
プロモーションメールキャンペーンを作成してスケジュールします。
フォローアップメールを送信して、リードを育成し、エンゲージメントを向上させます。
電子メールの自動応答を管理および更新します。
電子メールニュースレターをデザインして配布します。
明確さとインパクトのために、電子メールの内容を校正して最適化します。
電子メールによる問い合わせを監視し、応答します。
電子メールマーケティングのパフォーマンスを追跡してレポートします。

私たちが求めているもの:

資格と経験:

マーケティング、コミュニケーション、デジタルメディア、または関連分野の学士号（望ましいが必須ではない）。
ソーシャルメディア管理と電子メールマーケティングにおける 2 ～ 3 年の経験。
デジタルマーケティングのトレンド、ベストプラクティス、オーディエンスエンゲージメント戦略に関する知識。

技術スキル:

ソーシャルメディアプラットフォーム (Facebook、Twitter、LinkedIn、Pinterest、Instagram、YouTube、TikTok) に精通していること。
ソーシャルメディア管理ツール (Hootsuite、Buffer、Tweet Deck など) の使用経験。
電子メールマーケティングソフトウェア (HubSpot、Zoho、Mailchimp など) の実践経験。
SEO、コンテンツマーケティング、オンライン広告に関する基本的な知識。
分析ツール（Google Analytics、Facebook Insights など）に精通していること。
リンク追跡ツール (Bit.ly、UTM パラメータ) の理解。
グラフィックデザインスキル (Canva、Adobe Photoshop、または同様のツール) があれば有利です。
基本的なビデオ編集スキル（YouTube およびソーシャルメディア用）があると有利です。
